Privacy Policy

Last updated September 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CTMK Global LLC d/b/a Detailers Club ("Detailers Club", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, request our free mini course, or communicate with us.

1. Who we are

CTMK Global LLC d/b/a Detailers Club
2630 W. 79th St
Hialeah, FL 33016
[email protected]

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address, and phone number when you request the mini course or contact us. We also keep the content of messages and the substance of calls you exchange with us.

Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time on page, video playback events, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and comparable technologies.

Our mini course is free. We do not ask for, collect, or store payment card details on this site.

3. How we use information

  • To give you access to the free mini course
  • To contact you by phone, email, or text about the course and our services
  • To provide support and respond to enquiries
  • To measure and improve our website, content, and advertising
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorised sharing of our content
  • To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

4. Calls, texts and emails

We ask for your phone number so we can call you. By giving us your number you agree that we may contact you at it about the mini course and our related services, including by text message and, where you have consented, by automated means.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or reply HELP for help. You can also use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us at [email protected] and ask us to stop.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone, and are excluded from every category of sharing described in section 6 below.

5. Advertising and analytics

We advertise on third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We use the Meta Pixel and, where enabled, Meta's Conversions API to understand which ads lead to visits and sign-ups, and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site.

This means limited information — such as your IP address, a browser identifier, the pages you viewed, and whether you signed up — may be shared with those platforms. Where we share information for advertising measurement, it may be transmitted in hashed form.

You can limit ad personalisation in your Meta account settings, and manage cookies in your browser settings. Opting out does not stop you seeing ads; it makes them less relevant.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with service providers who process it on our behalf, including:

  • Course and content hosting — to deliver the mini course to you
  • CRM, email and SMS providers — to contact you and manage your record
  • Video hosting and analytics — to serve video and measure playback
  • Advertising platforms — for the measurement described in section 5

None of the above includes mobile information. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category listed here, and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a sale or reorganisation of the business.

Some US state privacy laws define "sale" or "sharing" broadly enough to include advertising-related transfers like those in section 5. You may opt out by emailing [email protected].

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your session, and measure advertising performance. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Blocking them may stop parts of the site working properly.

8. How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as you have access to the mini course and for a reasonable period afterwards, and then for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. You can ask us to delete your information as described below.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, opt out of marketing, opt out of targeted advertising or "sales" as defined by your state's law, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, request portability, and complain to your local supervisory authority.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our content is intended for people aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Other websites

Our site links to and embeds content from other services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on the site.
