These Terms govern your access to and use of the free mini course and other content provided by CTMK Global LLC d/b/a Detailers Club ("Detailers Club", "we", "us"). By requesting or using our content you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not sign up.
A free digital educational product delivered online, made up of pre-recorded video lessons and any materials described at sign-up. It is educational content about advertising and marketing. It is not a service, and we are not running advertising campaigns on your behalf unless you separately engage us to do so.
There is no charge, no trial, and no payment details required. Because nothing is sold, there is nothing to refund.
We may change, suspend, or withdraw the free course, or any part of it, at any time and without notice. Access is a licence, not a purchase, and we do not guarantee it will remain available indefinitely.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own business use.
You may not share your access, resell, redistribute, republish, or reproduce the content, or use it to create a competing product. Sharing access is grounds for termination.
When you sign up you give us your phone number and email address, and you agree we may contact you at them about the course and our related services. That includes a phone call from a member of our team.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or reply HELP for help. You can also use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us and ask us to stop.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
Any figures we mention — including results from our own advertising — describe past performance in specific circumstances. They are illustrative and are not a promise or guarantee of what you will achieve.
Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, offer, ad spend, the quality of your service, and how much of the material you actually implement. You may earn less, nothing at all, or lose money on advertising. You are solely responsible for your business decisions.

Our content covers advertising on platforms we do not own or control. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
Those platforms set their own rules, pricing, and policies and can change them or restrict your account at any time. We are not responsible for their decisions, including any suspension of your ad account. Any money you spend on advertising is spent with them, not with us.
You agree not to misuse the content or our site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, or using it for anything unlawful.
All content, branding, and materials remain our property or that of our licensors. Your licence under section 4 does not transfer ownership of anything.
We may suspend or end your access at any time, including if you breach these Terms or share access with others.
The content is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the content or these Terms is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or money spent on advertising.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time you access the content. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
